Welcome Attendees of the 2021 PMI PDD Event!

Our event starts in just a couple of days, and we are very excited to share this experience with all of you! PMI chapters from across 6 states have collaborated to bring you 17 speakers who are providing a total of 18 PDUs – which will be available both live and on-demand in Whova’s virtual event platform. On-demand sessions will be posted a few days after the live event and will be available on Whova for 90 days.

We know you’ve been patiently waiting for the information on how to access the event, so here’s how to get started:

1. Go to the Whova event website: 2021 PMI Professional Development Days (whova.com)

2. If this is your first time logging into Whova, create your Whova account with the email address you registered with (the same email that received this welcome message) by clicking “Sign Up.” If you have used Whova for a previous event, you can log in with your existing Whova account, and the 2021 PMI PDD will show up on your account. If you cannot log in, make sure you are using the exact same email that you used during the registration of the event. For assistance, please contact us via our website contact form at www.pmipdd.org/contact.

3. Update your Whova profile with information such as your photo, interests, resume, and social media links. You control what information is shared, so edit this area as you see fit.

4. Attendee resources – including a step-by-step guide with screenshots on how to join Whova – are located on our Google Drive at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TGFI7-qqgS6T9B3yuEp6XF7Xp4ybllgj?usp=sharing.

5. Keep an eye out for additional resources – such as our Event Program – that will be posted inside Whova under Resources>Documents in the coming days before the event.

6. Attendees will need to self-report their PDUs to PMI for certification renewal. PDU codes will be posted in both the Session descriptions and the Event Program.

Special thanks to our Diamond Level Sponsor Global PMO Partners/Smartsheet for their support of this event and the project management community. We love them, and we know you will, too! Find out why by visiting the Exhibitor area inside Whova and attending the session “Delivering Project Portfolio Management at Scale with Smartsheet Control Center” on Wednesday, September 22 at 12PM Central Time.

It might be your lucky day! Each day, we will be giving away raffle prizes (just like we do at our in-person events). The best part is that you don’t have to be present to win! Winners will be randomly selected from our Attendees list and will be announced during the morning and afternoon announcements sessions. Winners will also be contacted via email with information on how to collect prizes.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us via our website contact form at www.pmipdd.org/contact.

Thank you and enjoy the event!
